KOMATSU PC80-1 SN 1001-UP/BOOM

WQPARTS offers a complete range of Komatsu PC80-1 Boom pins and bushings built for demanding construction and mining work—where wear, shock loads, and downtime are expensive.

Our pins are produced from premium 42CrMo4 alloy steel and treated with an induction hardening process that reaches 58–62 HRC to a depth of up to 5 mm. The result is a tough core with a hardened wear surface for long service life in critical joints.

WQPARTS bushings are precision-machined and ground on both the inside and outside diameters to promote accurate alignment, consistent load distribution, and smooth movement at arm, boom, and bucket pivot points.

Every machining step is performed entirely in-house at WQPARTS, giving you consistent tolerances and repeatable quality from batch to batch.
